Light-weight wearable sensors are now readily available to assess human movement “outside of the laboratory” and are rapidly gaining popularity in clinical practice and in the community. The goals of this mini-research workshop are to show the advantages, limitations, and ethical considerations of such technologies, how a practitioner can take advantage of wearable sensors in their practice, and discuss how the future of healthcare and health research will be transformed in the very near future through these technologies.

This event is highly relevant for any researcher, trainee, or clinician who is using wearable technology in their research or clinical practice. Speakers are experts in the field and there will be time for in-depth discussions and conversations.

Please do register early as space is limited!
